This item arrived slightly out of adjustment, but the tech support group was outstanding and had me going is less then 10 min. Be sure to align the upper pressure bar with the lower heating element for a consistent seal. I will be buying more.Update: This machine is working great. When using thicker materials, seal the same area twice. It’s easy to determine the correct time.
