I ordered this because I wanted something a little better for my car, they old handheld vacs, just weren’t pulling up debris well. I thought with a power head, it might help….and it does. I found I basically use High, but it is nice to have the option. The head is a big help compared to the straight suck models, the head helps brush the heavier debris up…like tiny rocks and such that the models that just suck, can’t seem to get. With that said, level your expectations, in my view point, this isn’t a whole house model like the brand name models that cost A LOT more ( we all know the brand). I have one myself and for a whole house, I love it, but this is significantly less expensive and part of that is what it is capable of doing. Even at high, I don’t think it is the same as low on my whole home model. That is nothing against this vacuum, in my view, that isn’t it’s target, it is for the quick light jobs, that a nice light vac is just easier to use. For example, my mother finds this much easier to use, because it is so much lighter…and she is willing to adjust her expectations because she understands there is a reason for that. So she grabs it to do odds and ends and let’s me take care of the rest. I also would recommend this if you just want something small to keep handy in a bedroom closet, it doesn’t take up the space of the larger models. One distracting point for me is that the charger is built into a wall unit that you have to screw into the wall…I don’t like screwing things into may wall, so I pretty much broke the cord out and just plug it straight in and didn’t worry about the mount. I like that better, but someone my be thrilled with the wall mount. I can recommend this model as a small job vacuum, it does just fine at that.First, I'll go on record in that I have a Dyson vac of similar design, so I'm a bit of a challenge when it comes to product comparisons with cordless stick vacs.I ordered this as a secondary or convenience vac, primarily because of the 27000pa suction claim. This is higher than most any other similar cordless vac I've found. I also like most aspects of the design: it's super easy to configure with either the close work tools or with the floor head on the extension wand. The extension wand is likely one of the easiest I've used: I love it. It's super easy to adjust and it stays at the set position until you change it. The brush rollers are fast, and I've not had a problem with pet hair clumping in the roller. It does a reasonably good job on tough-to-vacuum rugs that traditionally are challenging to clean.I do not find that this suction on this device lives up to its claim. While it's good, I have tried other stick vacs that make lower claims and seem to have better suction. The battery life on this product is good when you use it at low power, but if you turn it up to either of the two higher settings, you'll find that the charge dissipates quickly. The body of the unit is rather long, and the entire body sits on the charger in order to charge. Emptying the soil cup is easy and doesn't require a lot of effort or disassembly like others I've tried.All in all, compared to other similar products, I would give this 7 out of 10 for overall performance. The biggest problem I have is that it needs more suction at the lower end of the settings, or it needs a bigger battery to maintain prolonged usage on high. It works well for quick clean-ups, and I use it regularly, but cannot compare the performance to my Dyson.With these factors in mind, would I order it again? I'm not sure. It's great for specific lightweight purposes, but I wouldn't want to rely on this as my primary cordless vac, so perhaps not. I think I would continue to look for a product with more power at the low end and/or multiple battery packs or more extended run time.This vacuum works exceptionally well and is a good budget friendly alternative compared to some of the more expensive cordless vacuum cleaners out on the market. I got this vacuum to replace our previous cordless vacuum which was not operating as efficiently after only a year of use. Even at its peak performance, this vacuum still works better than our previous one. The suction is stronger and picks up dirt and hair more efficiently. It also picks up cat litter off the floor, which for us is one of the best features. It is easy to clean, just release the bin and pour its contents into the trash. It has different power mode settings which you an adjust depending on the cleaning job your doing. We tend to use the highest power mode. On the highest power mode, we get about 30-45 mins of run time.It came packaged extremely well and includes two extra filters with it. It's also extremely light weight and easy to maneuver. It also comes with different cleaning heads which you can change which is very convenient. This allows the vacuum to not only be used to vacuum the floor, but we vacuum our couch with it and also use it to clean our cars. Overall, I think its a great cordless vacuum for everyday cleaning and lightweight jobs, or cleaning pet hair daily. However, I don't think its strong enough to serve as a primary cleaning vacuum- we still use our traditional plug-in Bissell vacuum when we do a more thorough cleaning on the weekends.
