When I first bought my vacuum sealer, I used the sample bags that came with it. I typically buy larger quantities of things at my local warehouse club and repackage into portions to freeze and sous vide. I started buying the “generic” bags and rolls on Amazon and have been happy with most I have used.These rolls fit into the “happy” category. They seem to be as thick as the other ones I have used, and the ridged side is pronounced enough to allow the air to get sucked out around any material in the bag, which is not the case with some of the others I have tried. They are easy to write on with a Sharpie, and they hold up in the freezer without losing their seal. I don’t see much of a difference otherwise, but I would buy these again. This quantity of 8” X 12” rolls is perfect for me.The only downside ids that these are packaged rolled up rather than flat. When unrolled, the edge remains curled so it’s a chore getting it into the sealer right. I unroll them and put them on the counter with a heavy flat cutting board on them and they uncurl after a few days, but I wish that wasn’t necessary.Vacuum Sealer bags are easy-to-use, capable to carry various stuff, quality is worthy, and ideal for every home use. With 2 of us, it's the perfect size to use for single serving sizes for burgers, chops, meatballs for one,...etc. Great size for Sous Vide because they are long and can go under the water with enough length to still be clipped to a rim.-Good quality; good seams, good thickness, seal well.These come in 4 packets of 25 each. There's a nice timing chart for Sous Vide times and temps included in the packets. My one and only complaint is that all the bags are curling on the sides. It's not an issue when it comes to filling or sealing but it's annoying when it comes to storing them neatly in the drawer. I have a lot of stacks of a variety of different-sized bags in my drawer and I like to have flat bags so that they stack nicely.Not sure what I can say. These bags are great. They came with a good assortment, they are well packaged, and I have had no issues using them with my sealer. I love that fact that all of these bags are extra long, depending on their size, so I have lots of extra space to seal them without sucking moisture into my machine. I strongly recommend this product. Great price.Today I am looking at the Haulmate Vacuum Sealer bags.Let me start by saying, you do get a lot of bags in this box. 200 to be exact. I was a little perplexed about their decision to split them up into small bags when they’re all the same size, but I won’t notch them for that. These do appear to be pretty nice quality, they felt nice and thick, and had no issues working with my vacuum sealer.My only real qualm with the package is they don’t have a tear notch for easy opening, but that isn’t the end of the world. You get a lot of food grade heat safe bags for a low price. What’s not to like here?These bags are thick and much more convenient than buying the rolls to make your own bags. I have used it to vacuum seal everything from coffee to zucchini. They can be used on the pantry shelf as well as in the freezer. I would definitely give these again!I like everything about these bags, they are as good as any on the market. They are a great buy and it is nice to stock up at this price. It would have been nice if they spent a little more effort on labeling the packaging as it is very plain (I guess to save money) only saying the brand name but no advertising about the product. I was concerned that it was BPA free and had to go back to the Amazon listing to look it up. Of course it was. It just would have been nice if it was plainly stated on the box. All's well that ends well though.These bags met all of my expectations. They are easy to use, great quality, and work perfectly with my vacuum sealer. I really like that this pack includes 200 bags, which is very fair for the price. They also included a nice black apron.
